Hi everyone,
I'm busy spreading the word about the Virtual Museum of Educational
Technology project that begins today. We're launching with a live
session facilitated by Richard Schwier and moderated by George
Siemens.
October 1 @ 17:00 UTC (see world clock http://timeanddate.com/s/xsu)

This will be followed by a 3-week seminar discussion at SCoPE
(http://scope.lidc.sfu.ca) October 1-21 facilitated by Richard Schwier
from University of Saskatchewan. He is engaging some of his graduate
students to help with the design process and and to populate the
museum with stories, documents, interviews, and artifacts. This will
be the initial conversation and development of what we hope will
become a living, growing and collaborative resource. In April 2009,
the site will officially open with a final week of discussion (and a
little bit of celebration).

SCoPE activities are free and open to the public. To contribute to
discussions you will need to create an account.
We need your best (and worst!) recollections and artifacts. Look
forward to your contributions to the Virtual Museum!
