She didn't say a damn thing. Like most of her statements, the above is just a bunch of talking points that she pasted together on the fly. That's all she ever does. It's like she has a little clipboard in her head with ten or twelve little pieces of paper with "her points" written on them and everything she says is cut and pasted from those little pieces of paper. Sometimes she rearranges them but it's always the same stuff.
