Everytime I make a Ajax Call from JS the Page_Load event is called
first. The IsPostBack flag is always false and there is no way to
identify this call is coming from Ajax.  How do I stop the processing
of the Page_Load event.

Hi,

PageLoad is called every time, you can not avoid it. But try using something
like ScriptManager1.IsInAsyncPostBack which will tell you what caused the
postback.
