       U can do this normally as other application Only thing u need u to
add the scriptmanager and updatepanel control whereever u need to avoid the
page postback ..

Ajax and not for AjaxPro.

What ever might be the database, database is not the play here, all you have
to do is the correct usage of java script or the ajax methods while using
the ajaxpro.

Go to  ajaxpro site download the ajaxpro.dll and reference the same in your
application and start using its class  or ajax methods.
